This is a local smokers' bar. The outside ashtray is too close to the main door. The game tables (billiards & shuffleboard) are always kept up, but the atmosphere is kind of gloomy. We had a recent opportunity to watch the NFC game at Jimmy's and had with us a young man with Down's syndrome. A drunk patron decided to make fun of our ward, to the hilarity of his drunken friends. The bartender did nothing to stop the behavior or kick out the drunk. The behavior was disgusting, hateful and pathetic. We are more civilized than this and will not patronize the establishment ever again. Nor will our friends and family.November 21, 2016
