  This was not the best Applebees I have been to. It seems that when fast food comes to Nebraska it sort of falls apart for some reason.

  Food was good, service was less than desirable. I dined with my three children. Waitress did not bring straws for drinks or spoons for their yogurt. we paged the waitress, Dana, but it took her a while to show up. By the time she attended to us, we had already asked the host to help us out. Shout out to Stan for his excellent customer service and ability to go above and beyond and help the kids get their silverware so they could eat! We were not asked if our drinks could be refilled. And my daughter was not offered a booster seat by the hostess. (Didn't catch her name, but she was friendly)
  
  A trip to the restroom proved disgusting. Though it was picked up, The floor was sticky and there was fecal matter on the floor behind the stool in the first stall.

  Took my son to eat. We were seated and given drinks in a timely manner, however we were not given silverware. After that, my server TAISA H. didn't show back up until the end of our meal. Our food was brought out by someone else, cold, still no silverware. I requested some and was brought a single fork on a paper napkin and plate, even though there were clearly two individuals at dinner. After trying to overlook all of this and eating, I pressed the call button for a box and heard my table called out some 3 or so times. It took 7 minutes for her to saunter over to me (she had been completely off of the serving floor this whole time to my knowledge as I looked for her) and I had to call her over as she tried to avoid me. I asked if anyone had seen my call as I'd been called for over 5 minutes. She said it didn't show up in POS. I literally heard it called out. Horrible server, terrible attitude, very entitled like we should feel blessed to be in her company. I will not be returning to this store and will be sharing this information. It doesn't seem I'm the first to have this issue, given the other ratings.
