  First time coming to Nebraska and I stop in to this mcdonalds order my usual quarter pounder and chicken nuggets when I arrive at the window to receive my food I ask for extra ketchup he hands me 2 packets each time. He gave me no sauce for the chicken nuggets and no straws . He was very rude ! This makes my first impression of Sidney bad. And is kind of sad knowing I wanted to relocate here from Denver. Being from a big city I don't get half the rudeness I did here at this location. Worst McDonald's I ever been too!

  Everytime i come here the staff is so rude and the food is never right or cold. Leaving the food on the counter waiting for fries and nuggets...the nuggets were over cooked and fries were cold. Ordered a big mac and the bun was on upside down and the sauce was in the container not the sandwich....the eggs we ordered scrambled were burnt and tasted odd.....i asked for them to be remade and i was told they couldnt fix it.....so disappointed in this establishment i will be spreading the world to my local friends.

  Just got a pumpkin spice latte. Absolutely terrible !
  Tasted like burnt char!!
  For $4 i expect a little better quality. Being in food service my whole life I can still say the employees should know how to make everything on there menue no matter how new it is in the season.
