  Horrible is all that comes to mind. We got seated quickly by a manager that was super rude. She basically threw the rolled silverware on the table. Then walked off. I ordered the turkey and dressing with potatoes and asked for NO gravy...food came out with gravy all over. All the waitress says is sorry for that....what really not even an offer to correct it. Then what happened next still has me floored. The manager came by and took the plate said "was everything ok?" I told her actually no I asked for NO gravy and as you can see it's covered in gravy she takes the plate with an attitude and walks off. Never offered to remake nothing. Then we take the ticket to the counter to pay and she says "I took a little off for that "....she took 3 off a 12 dollar meal I didn't eat. I looked at her and said she should take it off completely since it was not correct and I didn't eat it she looked at me with a hugh attitude and says "will what do you want me to do make it correct for you to take home." Umm no I wanted it made correct while I was there to eat it not later that why we came in. Duh. Really need to get your act together not many places in Sidney, Ne to work and that will drive what little sells you have down. If you want great food just go across the street at the Mexican restaurant 3 margaritas best service ever or for breakfast go to Ihop....
