  This Arby's needs new management and counter workers. It is the worst Arby's I have ever been to.
  
  I stopped there about 8 pm on September 2, 2016 while passing through the area. After waiting for the counter worker to finish her private conversation with the couple in front of me in line, I had to wait until she recapped the conversation with another employee behind the counter.
  
  When she finally turned to talk to me the first thing she said was, "I just want you to know that we are out of roast beef."
  
  In disbelief I asked, "How does Arby's run out of roast beef?" She didn't answer but just stood there with a dumb look on her face.
  
  I at that point I left and went to another restaurant to get my food.
